Our general construction team manages and delivers the complete structural scope of every project — from initial site mobilization and earthworks through to the full building envelope. We work with structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, pre-engineered building systems, tilt-up construction, and complex wood-frame structures.
Temporary Works & Hoarding: Design and installation of site hoarding systems compliant with Ontario Building Code Division B requirements, infection control risk assessment (ICRA) hoarding for occupied healthcare and institutional renovations, temporary shoring and underpinning programs coordinated with the structural engineer of record, and temporary weather enclosures for year-round construction continuity.
Waterproofing & Building Envelope Membranes: Below-grade waterproofing systems for foundations and underground parkades, plaza deck and podium waterproofing assemblies, split-slab and traffic-bearing membrane systems, expansion joint installation, and crystalline waterproofing treatments. All systems specified and installed to manufacturer requirements with third-party inspection where required by the structural engineer.
Demolition & Abatement Coordination: Where existing structures require demolition, selective dismantling, or hazardous material abatement prior to new construction, we manage and coordinate the entire pre-construction environmental phase in-house — ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting project timelines before a single structural trade arrives on site.

HVAC & Mechanical Systems
We coordinate and install complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and institutional buildings of any scale and complexity. Our mechanical team operates with a design-assist approach — working directly with the mechanical engineer of record to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and constructability before installation begins.
System Types: Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems with digital controls, dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), rooftop units and split systems, central chilled water plants, steam and hot water boiler systems, heat pump systems, energy recovery ventilators (ERV/HRV), and in-floor radiant heating. All systems are commissioned to National Energy Code of Canada (NECB) compliance standards.
Healthcare & Cleanroom: Pressure-controlled isolation rooms, laminar flow systems, and specialty ventilation for medical, laboratory, and pharmaceutical environments compliant with CSA Z317 standards.

Interior Finishing & Fit-Out
We manage all interior finishing and fit-out work to any specification — from standard commercial grade through to premium corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and government interiors. Our finishing team coordinates directly with architects and interior designers, treating the finish schedule as a precision exercise rather than an afterthought.
Partitions & Ceilings: Commercial steel stud and drywall systems, shaft wall assemblies, sound-rated and fire-rated partition assemblies, demountable and modular partition systems, acoustic ceiling tile systems, specialty plaster and GRG ceiling elements, and exposed structure with acoustic treatment.
Flooring & Millwork: All commercial flooring types — broadloom and carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile and plank (LVT/LVP), polished and ground concrete, ceramic and porcelain tile, hardwood and engineered wood, epoxy and resinous flooring for industrial and healthcare applications. Custom millwork and cabinetry fabricated and installed in-house.

Civil Trade
Site & Civil Works
Site and civil works are managed and delivered by our in-house team from the first day of site mobilization through to final landscaping and site restoration. We coordinate all site servicing directly with municipal authorities, local utilities, and the civil engineer of record — managing the approval and inspection process to protect the construction schedule.
Earthworks & Servicing: Mass grading and cut-and-fill operations, deep foundation systems, underground sanitary, storm, and water main installation, shallow utilities coordination, stormwater management systems including oil-grit separators and detention tanks, and full site servicing approvals through the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
Concrete Restoration & Parking Structures: Structural concrete restoration for parkades, podium slabs, and bridge structures — including carbonation and chloride-induced corrosion repair, carbon fibre (CFRP) reinforcement, cathodic protection system installation, traffic-bearing membrane replacement, and joint sealant programs. Restoration programs are developed in conjunction with the structural engineer of record based on condition survey findings.
Hardscaping & Finishing: Asphalt paving and concrete flatwork, parking lot layout and line marking, site lighting and electrical distribution, retaining walls, landscaping and soft landscaping, fencing and security perimeter works, and site signage installation.
