Breanne Lublin is the Founder and President of Noren Group. Before launching the company, she built her career in management roles within large corporate organizations, developing deep expertise in enterprise sales, complex contract negotiation, operational leadership, and large-scale project coordination.
A graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, where she earned a four-year Honours degree, Breanne founded Noren Group to bring the same disciplined approach to project delivery that defines high-performing organizations. She leads the business as both project consultant and general contractor, personally overseeing client relationships, project planning, procurement strategy, and execution from concept through completion.
Known for her direct and highly organized leadership style, Breanne approaches projects with a focus on clarity, accountability, and results. Her background in management and complex business environments allows her to quickly understand project requirements, assemble the right team of trusted trade partners, and guide projects forward efficiently from planning through final delivery.
Through Noren Group, Breanne is building a company focused on delivering high-quality commercial, government, and residential projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
